MILK uses PayPal to securely process your purchases. You can pay with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, American Express, or by using your PayPal account. New Zealand customers will have 15% GST added to their purchase price at checkout.
All purchases and shipping costs are processed in US Dollars, and you can choose to pay in one of 24 different currencies at checkout using PayPal, visit www.paypal.com for a list of available currencies. The prices listed here are approximate, and all transactions will be converted from US Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate on the day your transaction is processed, visit www.xe.com to find out today’s exchange rates.
Each book is printed to your unique specifications, and we aim to deliver it to you within 7-12 days of placing your order. MILK uses a combination of FedEx and DHL to ship books to your desired destination. Where possible, we will provide a tracking number for your order. You can check the progress of your order at any time by visiting your Current Orders page.
MILK is unable to deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag, or to multiple addresses within the same transaction. Combined shipping costs only apply to products shipping to a single address.
Customs policies vary from country to country and you, or the recipient of your book, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable upon delivery.
